Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions shall apply for all orders through our web-shop.

2. Contracting party, Conclusion of a contract
The contract of purchase is concluded with Kim-Sarah Rose.

By placing products in our online shop we submit a binding offer upon the conclusion of an agreement on these articles. You can place our products in the shopping cart, with no obligation to purchase. The content of the shopping cart can be changed, before sending your legally binding order, by using the correction tools that are implemented and explained in the ordering process. The contract of purchase is concluded, by clicking the Order Button and accepting the offer for the content of your shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt per E-Mail.

A binding contract can also conclude, as follows:
If you have chosen Paypal as a payment method, the contract concludes when you confirm the payment order to Paypal.

The language available for the contract conclusion is English.

We will save the wording of contract and send you an e-mail including your order details and our General Terms and Conditions. You may also access the General Terms and Conditions here on this website. After the order has been placed, the wording of contract is not accessible over the internet for security reasons.

3. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the product prices, shipping costs have to be paid. You can find more information about shipping costs on our web site.

The only shipping option is per mail. A pickup by the customer is not available.

We are not shipping to parcel pick up stations.

4. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Prepayment
If you selected the payment method Prepayment, we will send you our bank account details in the order confirmation. The order will be shipped after receipt of payment.

Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via online payment provider Paypal. You have to be registered at Paypal, log in with your login credentials and confirm the payment authorization. You receive additional information during the order process.

5. Reservation of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Damage in transit
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, we would like to ask you, to claim those damages immediately with the deliverer and contact us immediately. The failure to file a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your legal warranty rights, but you help us to assert our own claims towards the carrier or the transport assurance.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If applicable, information to additionally applying guarantees and their conditions can be found at the corresponding product or on separate information pages in our shop.
